To meet government guidelines, we offer Building Information Modelling (BIM) Maturity Level 2 with all of our design projects.
We work as part of the larger design team to ensure the following services are provided:
Development of information models which reference, federate or exchange information with other models.
Provision of an Employers Information Requirements (EIR) document with clear definition and decision points.
Supplier & Supply chain capability assessment.
Provision of a BIM Execution Plan (BEP) including assigned roles, standard, methods, & procedures and a master information delivery matrix aligned with the project programme.
Provision of a Common Data Environment
Development of information models utilising database-based software, and analysis software.
Once you have your brief and an understanding of your requirements we assist you all the way to making your ideas a reality.
Starting with the preparation of initial layouts and 3D model room layouts of fixed/loose furniture we then endeavour to assist as every step right through to completion.
By Integrating Revit/IFC furniture models into the coordinated project model, we can identify or review any areas of concern with the design team at an early stage therefore overcoming any issues before installation begins.
Once at the costing stage we provide our clients with outline specifications, including warranties, along with costing schedule breakdown and advise on potential cost saving alternatives and innovations.
Attending specific furniture strategy meetings along the way we provide detailed room layouts, issue detailed furniture specification and colour/finish mood boards if required.
